Answers to our most frequently asked questions.

Q. How do i upload my artwork?

A1. Upload during order - You can upload your artwork on the same page as the product you wish to order.
A2. After Ordering - After you have placed your order you can click the "Artwork Upload" at the top of the page and follow the instructions.

Q. What file formats do you accept?

A. We accept pretty much all image file formats, we prefer high resolution PDFs. Word, Excel, Publisher & Powerpoint are not suitable for designing a professional looking effective design & may incur a conversion charge.

Q. What resolution does my artwork need to be?

A1. For large format print ie. poster, banner stands & foamex etc.. it needs to be between 100-150dpi at full size. 
A2. For small format print ie. business card, letterheads & showcards etc.. it needs to be 300dpi at full size. 

Q. Do you have any templates for your products?

A. If templates are available for that product then they will be available for download in the "File Downloads" table on the product page.
